[React] 배열에 항목 수정하기

1. active이용

1)  App.js 에 active 추가

2. onToggle 함수 구현 - Map함수

 UserList 컴포넌트에서 onToggle를 받아와서 User 에게 전달해주고, onToggle  id 를 넣어서 호출
